Hi James, I do hope this is correct method to ensure that the chap I spoke to today receives the accolades he richly deserves. Attempting to set up a soundbar linked to my broadband I was faced with a plethora of issues and lots of ignorance on my part! I was lucky enough to speak with man named Ty who was based in Accrington as one of EE’s technical experts. Yes, his knowledge of all things broadband and the EE systems was impressive, however, it was this man’s communication skills which clearly must make him stand out from the crowd. Evidently a very personable young man and I would encourage EE to take note of his endeavours - An asset to your company. Thank you EE and thank you Ty.

Today I spoke with Sarah *****, from Darlington [I asked because of her accent] who helped me move three payments for mobiles in my wife’s name to my own bank account. My wife has recently passed away and this job was bugging me, when my head was less than clear. Sarah was exemplary in her patience and explanations and has sorted things swiftly - such a relief. Sarah, you are a credit to your role and I’ll remain very grateful for your kindness at a difficult time.

I was renewing contracts this week and there was a complicated scenario to do with the change over of broadband with EE buying us out of our contract. We needed to reverse that and sort out our remaining contracts. I have been a customer of EE for over 20 years so I was renewing hoping that I would be helped to get the best deal. I was a little annoyed with EE initially because I thought I was going to have to fit a large bill I was not expecting. Andy went above and beyond to help me by cancelling the broadband deal and then sorted out all 3 contracts for phones efficiently. Furthermore, he followed up with me on email to keep me updated for critical milestones. His exceptional customer service ensured I remain with EE.
