Smart hub extender

Hiya, we recently had full fibre fitted and was given an “extender box for upstairs. We can’t work out how to use it and can’t see any instructions with it. We have plugged it in but it is doing nothing and we have no internet upstairs and suggestions? Many thanks

If it is one of our Smart WiFi extenders, you can see how to set up the extender on our Setting up Smart WiFi, which includes a video guide.

If it is not the router or extender shown, let us know what you have and we can look to help.
