I received a letter about a payment shortfall from when purchasing holiday.
I have miss placed the letter and need the details from it so I can provide the information they need for the payment.

@Dansand : What has EE to do with buying a holiday & why should EE have any copy of a letter from a holiday firm?

Apologies for the confusion, when I was an employee of EE I purchased extra holiday allowance, then a certain amount was deducted from my pay.
In the letter received it states that doing that made my base wage go below the minimum wage, so I was due a back payment, within the letter it had details of what I needed to do to receive the payment, so I was hoping someone that might have had the same letter could help out
