Received good service in a store

Sometimes and very rarely people will pay a compliment, I visited the store today in Chester 16/09/2024 and was assisted by Sophie. I had troubles with my new iPad Pro  13” where I had issues getting the mobile data working on the iPad right at the back end of the day at 5pm I explained everything to Sophie and she was only too happy to help, this is where the problem started kind of haha. Once the mobile data activated on the iPad I left the store happy but then my iPhone 15 pro max stopped working well 5g closed down I think there was a glitch in the system! I went back to the store and Sophie again helped along, she put a new sim on my phone to get the phone back up but then the iPad stopped again mobile data wise. So long story short and another QR code and another sim layer! (Yes) it was all resolved I felt back because it was gone half 5 and the poor guys just wanted to go home! So just wanted to say thanks so much to the gang in the store today for sorting this with patience and professionalism! My only criticism would be to ee themselves because the new iPad doesn’t have a physical sim anymore it is esim, when I recieved the iPad on Friday it came with a new physical sim and not a QR eSIM if this has of been right in the first place there would never have been an issue from the get go! So that needs to be fed back! But the store thanks so much Sophie and Gang! Very much appreciated sorry this is long winded but credit where credit is due it’s nice to pay that compliment back and I would only hope this finds its way to the store! Many thanks 🙏 John
