Hi not sure how to make my own comment so I am replying to this one hope that is OK.

I rang in today and spoke to Steven **** he was fantastic changed my contract over and was very easy to talk to a credit to your team I believe he is from Swansea 

Normally I struggle to make conversation with strangers but this was so easy and he was very professional yet friendly
