I had a call with a ee call agent a couple of days ago. I was expecting a survey to come through after the call to leave this feedback, but nothing come. I didn’t want to not leave anything as it’s not very often I actually feel the need to leave feedback.
Anthony was absolutely amazing and went above his normal duties to listen and help me with some billing problems.
I had previously tried to resolve this with 2 other people, I was not given many options and wanted to just leave ee altogether. Until my call with Anthony, he was brilliant and took some time to look at my situation properly and was able to help me come to a resolution. He was very polite and friendly and delivered excellent customer service.
