Praise for staff who went above & beyond

I have had a mixed day in my dealings with EE today. However, I would like to pass on my thanks and gratitude to three members of EE’s team please. Firstly Paul (didn’t get an office - he had a Liverpudlian accent) in the billing team. He was the first person I spoke to who actually offered help and a resolution. Secondly I would like to pass on a very special thank you to Sarah (Sara) in the Stockport Billing team (and her colleague) who both went above and beyond to help me this evening. Those three alone show why I’ve stayed with EE for so long. Please make sure they receive special recognition, they deserve it.
