Hello,

I have just gotten off the phone with one of your agents who provided some excellent service. I’ve searched high and low on the website to find a way to send compliments but can only find complaints.

If you could point me in the direction of how to send in some positive feedback it would be very much appreciated.

Hi,

Just want say i had few queries this evening after having suffered fraud with regards to my phone. Was panicked by messages. Spoke to Holly and she was extremely helpful, polite and patient, great service. Really very good and i just want say a thank you and praise her manner. Also spoke someone Saturday reporting it and they also dealt promptly with it. So im happy.

dear community support team,

i have to commend the actions and assistance of a manager in ECR (executive customer resolution) today.

she was professional, listened carefully and phoned me back quickly to resolve the issue. she was even accountable enough to provide me with her full name! (which, of course, i wont publish here on open forum)

outstanding service... her first name is "charlie" (and she's the reason i'll be staying with EE) 💖
