Not sure where to post this, have tried to find somewhere i can leave feedback. Ive recently come off contract and gone on to pay as you go, i found the automated service terrible and glitchy and felt a bit not as important as coming off contract. I phoned ee and i was ready to shout at the person, but a lovely lady called Tanya based in south wales (local to me) was ever so helpfull and friendly and got to the root of my problem and helped me set up a non contract reoccuring top up which i was unable to do automated call. Tanya wasnt pushy or trying to sell me anything, i had a good chat and general friendly conversation aswel as offering genuine proffesional advice. Can we please have more local friendly tanyas working for ee, shes ace and shes a true ledgend 🙂 please pass on this feedback. Hugely greatfull, thankyou Tanya

@Keeg0006   Im glad you didn’t shout at the CS agent as they are there to help and it wasn’t their fault you had an issue.  Customer services are happy to help anyone providing you don’t go mental at them as that’s when they don’t want to help as after all no one likes to be on the receiving end.     Glad you got everything sorted to how you wanted it.
