I am a 76 years old heavily disabled man and some days ago my phone was stolen from me while I was near my tube station.
I felt traumatised and extremely distressed for the next few days.
I visited my local EE shop at Queensway on Saturday 2nd December.
I was greeted by a very friendly lady called Nisha. Nisha assured me that she would take care of my problem which she proceeded to do so in an extremely kind and courteous fashion Nisha set up a new SIM card for me after I had shown my passport. She then with great kindness and attention to detail installed a new SIM card in my phone and helped me to recover some of my information.
I was then helped by her friendly colleague Daniel who again took great time and patience to help me recover my Gmail and other apps. The experience of dealing with such helpful people helped dispel my distress and filled me with admiration for the professionalism of people employed by EE.
Both Nisha and Daniel are excellent ambassadors for your company.
The kind and helpful treatment I received from Nisha and Daniel has helped restore my faith in humanity.
I shall certainly be returning to them for assistance in purchasing and setting up my new phone.
