I recently upgraded my phone in store at the Wimbledon Quarter branch. I was served by Patrick, who was very patient, clear and informative in his approach. He outlined each section of the process with clarity and i would strongly recommend him for any in store interaction due to his friendly and professional nature. The only part of the service I’d change would be to offer printed, larger scale forms of contract documentation, rather than signing on the phone. However, these forms are available to download on the app retrospectively, so not a huge problem. A fantastic overall in store experience at the Wimbledon Quarter.
