Shoutout to Callum Storey - Outstanding Customer Service!

Hello, I just wanted to take a moment to leave some positive feedback about an EE employee named Callum Storey.

I hope this message reaches the right people.. ideally his manager or someone in a position to recognise outstanding customer service because he genuinely deserves it.

My experience with Callum was hands down the best customer service I’ve ever received. He was incredibly easy to talk to, friendly, patient, and most importantly went above and beyond to help me. He approached everything with genuine care and professionalism something that sadly feels quite rare these days..especially in customer service where people often seem more interested in brushing you off & ending the call... another thing to mention I quite literally called 30 mins before you guys were closing, I know I was pushing my luck so I didn't even expect anyone to answer because that's what normally happens when I call up any other place at this time.
Just to get a bit of an idea of my situation over the past year, I’ve been dealing with serious harassment & stalking so as you can imagine it’s left me with a very negative outlook on the world... and this interaction alone has really sparked positivity. I felt genuinely seen and supported and it's honestly helping me shift my perspective on the world. I know that sounds a bit over the top but if you haven't been through this sort of thing I think it will be hard for you to understand.

I hope this feedback makes its way to Callum and the people who oversee his work. He’s an asset to your team and a great example of how customer service should be. If more interactions were like this, I think there’d be a lot less stress and frustration in the world and definitely with this kind of job!
