Positive Feedback For EE Staff

Good morning all I hope you are well,

Please can an EE Member Of Staff contact me so I can give positive feedback to someone I spoke to on Thursday? I did not receive any texts to give feedback (which might be because I am opted out of marketing) .

The person's name was Ella on the Digital Team and I spoke to her on Thursday 13th October I believe.

  She is a complete asset to EE. I do not leave feedback unless I feel an individual is going above and beyond in regard to what is expected of them, and I can safety say Ella did this. Ella was so enthusiastic and friendly. She clearly wanted to help and explained in a way that could never have been clearer. She also has amazing interpersonal skills.

If I had received the text message, I would have given her a 10 for NPS, etc without a shadow of a doubt for clarity.

I want to ensure that she gets the feedback, hence me posting on here instead of calling up. 🙂
