Just wanna say a massive thank you to Aimee xxxxxxx who helped me over the phone with some upgrade issues. Not only did she take the call initially but she continued to call ME back every few days to keep me updated on the status of my issue. Within a week the issue is resolved and seems to be all up to date on my account. Thanks so much Aimee! Couldn’t have asked for better customer service!
