The ee app page say that a passkey can be set so pressed on passkey but any code to be sent will go to they wrong mobile number as they mobile number phone is no longer in used through it going missing they photos is they phone that is longer around
Like if the code goes to a used number instead.

@emi381rgnots that image are nothing to do with passkey at all and is irrelevant to passkey
The code is sent to the registered number of the account.

If you change the number on your account to the one you're using then the pass key will be sent to you.

Well yes but I believe an agent mentioned 24 hours 2 days or 5 days before a changed number can be used

Well 24 hours or 5 days will go back on and check and it will be great to see the right end contact number
However if say they old details remain then another will be made
