Explain more, what are you talking about lifetime warranty, where? As far as I am aware, warranties are only for a year.

Do you mean insurance? You can apply for this yourself, usually this is done at point of sale.

@Monzur  Your lifetime guarantee is in place already.  If you are after your device MOT date this will be 1 year in to the 2 year contract.   You’ll be notified when you can book your device MOT.
