How to leave a feedback compliment for a member of staff who helped me.

Can anyone advise me how to leave  feedback  compliment for a member of staff who went above and beyond on the phone for me. Over two afternoons and didn't give up.  Easy way of doing it please as I'm not tech minded at all. Thanks

Would like to praise one of your team his name was Sam he fitted my broadband tday was really helpful set up everything perfect friendly nothing was a trouble fo him even done my mobile phone for me credit to ee .
