@IC04 you will need to call customer support about that as this is a public forum that has no access to your account doesn’t know who you are and cannot authorise anything of the sort.
if your bill is due to be paid today then you should be calling before today. You might find yourself cut off but this doesn’t always happen straight the way so if you don’t call you need to pay it asap tomorrow. ( that’s not to say you’ll not be cut off as this isn’t customer support so no one here can see your account)
