I just want to say I spoke to Jennifer last week. My order was stuck. Jennifer went through the system and sorted it out.(un stuck it) and said she would check on sunday it was ok. And she did and sent me an update text so say that and will follow it up agaim Wednesday. She took ownership, kept tp her comitments and is a great example of a crediable and professional customer service representative.
Kudos to Jennifer! Thanks so much for all your help!
