I’ve registered purely to give positive feedback from a call centre staff member today.
I was attempting to sort my new upgrade out using the app but became frustrated and found it difficult so I phoned through to speak to someone about it. After a bit of a long wait I finally got through.
Clare immediately put me at ease and talked me through the process, explaining the intricacies of my contract and guiding me through the process.
great customer service!, I can see myself staying with EE now. Thank you Clare
