i just want to say a massive thank you to the women I spoke to today from ee, I didn’t get her name but I think she was welsh, she was so helpful, after struggling to get my discount on for my sim, she managed to sort it out for me over the phone and I am very impressed with how quickly she did it and how patient she was with me, I would of loved to of got her name but I just wanted to say a massive thank you to her and how helpful she was I really appreciated it.
