Hi,

Today I spoke to Logan while getting my wife's phone upgraded.

He sorted out both my sim contracts, my broadband and a new phone for my wife. He was extremely helpful, and it was a really enjoyable experience talking with him.

I'd love to get some feedback to him/his team about how his help today has had a really positive experience on me.
