I wanted to relay feedback on the great broadband support I received from Ryan, we started the call around 18:00 and stayed on for nearly an hour trying multiple solutions. I appreciate Ryan’s persistence and creative thinking in solving my connection issue. I also appreciated how he not only relied on his own expertise but sought help from other sources to assist me in finally connecting my broadband to smart TV. I appreciate the effort he took and his willingness to go above and beyond to solve the issue.
