Brilliant Customer Service Today!!!

Hi All,

I had a few issues today in regards to a SIM only upgrade plan....in short the plan was different to the one offered by the sales team.

I then recalled EE and spoke with Lydia from Customer Services - Northern Ireland Team who sorted it all out. Just wanted to say thank you for sorting out someone else's mistake.
