I wanted to pass along my sincerest gratitude to Kristofer and the EE Guide who I spoke with today. Both helped immensely to resolve issues with my SIM only upgrade, especially Kristofer who used many measures to try and correct a rather complicated matter but remained patient and a delight to speak to throughout. He turned what might have been a negative experience into a very positive one. And again, thanks to the EE Guide who called me and was prompt and understanding. Like other customers have stated, I think EE should consider a compliment option on their contact us page - we need to see how things go right to improve a service, and both of them are shining examples of just that.

The Liverpool One Branch on Saturday 24-08-24.
I came into store with my 90 year old nan to get her a new contract phone. The advisor who was called Wayel was excellent. His customer service was one of the best I have experienced. He cared and took his time to look after my elderly nan. He was patient and kind and I wanted to thank you for all that he did. He is an asset to EE, had the biggest smile throughout and made our day just with his kindness. If it could be passed onto his manager that would be appreciated. He deserves to be acknowledged. I am over the moon at how amazing Wayel was when your Nan visited the store, and showed kindness and patience to make sure your Nan got her new contract.
I really appreciate you letting us know and I will certainly pass this to the store for Wayel to see and I'm sure his smile will be even bigger 🙂

I must agree with the previous statement, there seems to be to much direction towards complaints and other issues within you new visual services. I have spoke with a very nice member of your team who ignorantly I cannot remember her name. She was, however, exceptional in her roll. The lady made a comment "I'm like a dog with a bone" which I found totally refreshing. As this wasn't her department, so to speak. But yet, my query didn't really sit with your automated answers the lady went above and beyond in her roll to try and resolve my matter. I feel bad for not remembering her name, she was a Gordie lass. Which I hope she doesn't feel is a derogatory term, however, in my ignorance that's the best way I could describe this lady. I sincerely hope this lady could be contacted and given the jubilation she deserves. I hope EE makes more of an effort to reward staff and make it easier for customers to help with this
