EE Customer Service are brilliant

I have spoken to several EE guides over the last few days, as my father is 94 so needs help with his mobile account. I also have hearing difficulties. All of them have been so patient (one even called me back today after the call got cut off). I didnt get all of their names (the last one was Michael from tech). Both my parents and I are nearing the end of our broadband contracts and will be switching. It is very likely it will be to EE. Even if it costs a bit more, the customer service will make it worth it.

How do you manage to speak to them?

The only options I see are come here or call in to a store
