What kind of ‘worldwide mobile operator’ shuts for 12 hours a day? Why are we paying this?
My Dad is in hospital and I cannot contact him thanks to the ridiculously bad customer service.
Not been anything like the same since BT bought them

I am sorry to hear this.
Our lost or stolen line is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to allow customers to report their phone lost or stolen.
If your line has been suspended due non payment, it can take up to 24 hours for your services to resume.

The kind of company who believes in work life balance and wants to give their employees some down time.
I've worked in customer service and support roles since 2009 and whilst not for EE, unless you have worked in a customer facing environment, you have no idea how draining it can be having to work shifts when dealing with angry, shouting, members of the public.
