Anyone know if EE have changed their customer service opening hours? I have been trying to phone them as really need to speak to them and just keep getting a message saying they close at 6pm but I thought this was 9pm Monday to Friday?

No, the opening hours haven't changed. Which department were you trying to get through to? Did you manage to get through to speak to someone?
