Hi,

I couldn’t find a page to leave a review for customer service experience. I’d like to express my gratitude to Ms Samantha ******** from Dublin. She made sure to meet all our concerns with sincere attempts to resolve them and communicated with genuine kindness. If Samantha’s reading this the phone call accidentally ended (my apologies).
