I can see from numerous other posts here that there is no simple way to provide feedback to EE about their wonderful staff!
I spoke with Eamair today and she was utterly fantastic! So lovely, kind and understanding (& very patient!) Completely understood my issue and went above and beyond to try and resolve it for me. Even going so far as to keep a periodic eye on my account to make sure the actions promised will happen. She's amazing and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves.
