I am writing to you on behalf of 2 small rural primary schools. As part of our ongoing efforts to engage with our community and share the wonderful activities and achievements of our pupils, we are seeking your kind support in the form of a donation of 8 mobile phones.
The phones would be used exclusively for capturing photographs and videos of school events, classroom activities, and pupil projects. This would then enable us to upload to our school’s social media platforms to keep parents, carers and the wider community informed and engaged with school life. As the phones would only be used for photography and video purposes, we do not require any mobile network capabilities, so no SIM cards would be necessary.
Due to strict safeguarding guidelines and the need to ensure student privacy, our staff are unable to use their personal phones on school premises for any reason. This makes it particularly challenging for us to effectively capture and share school activities. Therefore, we are seeking phones that will be owned solely by the school and managed by staff for these specific purposes.
