Hello.
On Sunday 19th January we were helped by a tech lady named Lizzie. She was incredibly patient, helpful and kept the conversation light-hearted as we struggled to resolve our issue. After speaking to other agents who hadn’t managed to fix the issue, Lizzie got it sorted for us (and I’m pretty sure she stayed on past closing time to do this).
How do we go about getting a message to her to express our gratitude? :0)
