I am having problems with my EE NHS perk account. The message appears saying that my account is locked and I need to wait for 24 hours. However, I tried to reset my password after 24 hours, but the same issue persists. I cannot access my account.
I tried to call 150, but they were not sure how to fix this issue. and advised me to wait another 24 hours to unlock the account. I am in need of assistance, could you help me?
