I really wanted to compliment a member of staff and have found it impossible to contact anybody.
I've had to complete a complaints form and state ... this is NOT a complaint. Do EE not think their staff worthy of praise?
Anyway, I would like to thank Matt in the Chelmsford store. I called in for help on Friday 9th June 2023 as my phone had decided not to let me open any apps/email etc.
Matt was amazing, so calm, friendly and professional. I am a complete technophobe and he helped me understand the process. I was terrified I had lost all my 'notes' as my life was on that phone.
It took a while but Matt was determined to solve the problem for me and he did!
I left the store a much happier lady and hope Matt gets the promotion and pay rise he deserves. He is an asset to EE.

I am so happy to hear how amazing Matt was when you visit our Chelmsford Store.
Could I confirm this was the high street store?
As you have provided the store and the agents name I will absolutely be able to get this feedback passed to Matt's manager.
