I have been with EE for 7ish years. I have 4 contracts with you guys. I am due for my smart upgrade but a staff member from a closed branch made an error on my account causing some nightmarish issues. But after hours of calls I must say that Lee (in the Kingston office) and Tracey B (from Customer support), were both absolutely amazing and worked extremely hard to keep me as a client after several staff members were very happy to go ahead and cancel my contracts. The Kingston branch may be new (re-opened), but Lee is definitely an asset to EE.
