I just wanted to share some great feedback on Scott who works at Welwyn Garden City

I stopped in the Welwyn Garden City branch today with problems with the battery life on my Samsung and he talked me through all the different options available to me, and helped me think through a number of potential solutions. He was very engaging, knowledgeable and helpful, and I really appreciated his time.
