There was a mix up made by EE with 3 contracts in my family. After contacting EE customer service I was put through to Saun who was so helpful, professional and thorough. He called back when he said he would, he was very clear on his progress with my case. I was reassured and listened to and I felt he went the extra mile to solve the issue, even when his team leader had arranged to call me and never did. He took the reigns and followed this up the following day. He liaised with the upgrades team and got what was originally agreed and re authorised. Thanks Saun for all your help you deserve recognition for your excellent customer service skills.
