I would like to say a massive thank you to Christina from Newcastle for all her help today ar 8.49pm on the 20/3/2025
I would like to say thank you to Christina and what an absolute asset to EE
I'm not going to go into to much detail but In the past month I have spoken to around about 10 to 15 different people regarding different matters of some fraud on my account and there is only 3 of them that where helpful
BUT WITHOUT A DOUBT
Christina from the Newcastle call center is a legend and so helpful and polite that I had to leave a review for her and it is 10/10 in every single part from beginning to end .
