Hello, I would like to say thank you to Barry from Newcastle. He helped me and was on the phone for a long time and I got my chip today before Christmas. He is very helpful and patient and clear, knowledgeable and a credit to your team. 
There are not a lot of people who would have helped me like Barry. 
Please tell him he’s making a difference in peoples lives by helping them when in need.
