Positive Feedback for Newcastle Eldon Square branch

Hi,

Where can I leave positive feedback for a staff member in the Newcastle Eldon Square store?

I went in this morning about a Samsung repair and was greeted by Charlie. I've already had a stressful week trying to figure out what was wrong with the phone and trying to get in touch with the right people at Samsung.

Charlie was fab, she was so patient and understanding. Her knowledge was excellent. She really bent over backwards to help me get sorted. I'm not sure how to make sure she gets the recognition for her amazing customer service but honestly she really deserves it 🙂 and a raise!
