Clarification about a job offer

I’m Nil and got contacted by recruiter Donna about a primary job offer of Customer Service Advisor at EE Gosforth, Newcastle on 20th December, 2024 after a successful in person interview in Gosforth Park EE call centre. The job role is Customer Service Asvisor (41152).

As we’ve talked about sending all my documents regarding finishing my studies to join full time at BT Group, I’ve sent all the documents by 6th Jan, 2025. From then there was no update about my job offer and currently waiting to know the final outcome about the job offer so that I can act accordingly. 
I checked on the BT Group portal about the progress. On 8th Jan it changed to unable to progress. I don’t know after sending me the offer and having all the necessary documents why it changed to unable to progress update, as I haven’t been contacted whether I’m being rejected or selected for the role. It’s been a confusion for me.
Please let me know the final outcome about the offer so that I can move forward whether I got the job or not. I tried to reach Donna yesterday as well but didn’t hear back.
