I posted on here previously how Matt had helped retrieve all the data on my very old phone and his great Customer Service.
I returned to the store today and Matt helped me with a Broadband and TV package. I had been with Sky for 18 years, so it was a big decision for me to change and I wouldn't have done so if it hadn't been for my trust in Matt.
