Hey - I phoned up EE today to arrange my new contract as I was due for an upgrade, I wasn't expecting to get through to someone so quickly was speaking to a real human being who had all my details up within seconds. I was also very happy to be put through to my local contact centre which is Greenock and had a friendly Glaswegian to speak to - also amazing as I know some struggle with the Scottish accent and it can be hard to understand us - it was a great experience speaking with Linda and eventually her Team Leader Gary - the two of them were fantastic - I've got a great deal on my new device and watch and I can't say enough good about the two of them, they were patient and so helpful. So far, I haven't received a text asking me to rate the customer service and I'd really like to make sure they receive this feedback and be recognised for creating such a great customer experience, not all companies do this anymore and I can't see myself leaving EE any time because having a stress free and friendly experience means a lot nowadays.
My call was on Thursday 2nd Feb and I'd love it if Linda and Gary from the Greenock branch can have this feedback sent on - they were both simply fantastic to deal with 🙂
