I was recently pressured into purchasimg broadband by an employee as i was leave a store. I explained i didnt need it and didnt want it but he proceeded to carry on. I went to cancel thos purchase via onlince chat a few days later. This was cancelled by the person on chat however they then proceeded to try sell me a sim. I explained i didnt want to change my provider as i was a happy customer of them for 14 years with no issues. A few questions later the chat was closed. After this i then had texts from EE sayong i had expressed intesterest in a sim or phone with them and they would contact me in the next month... after very clearly explaining to the collegue on chat i had no interest in changing to them. So i have further had to express that i do NOT want contacting. Ive found this whole experience very pressuring and unpleasant.
