Working from home today and suddenly all of my services went down. I rang EE and got through to Bella in Doncaster. She explained the current situation with the local fault and asked me how I was staying connected. She was really personable and caring. Anyway a few minutes later my phone rang and it was Bella calling to let me know that the service was back up and running. She rebooted my router remotely and stayed on the line to make sure I was connected. Bella is a credit to your company and she deserves recognition for her over and above customer service.
