I'd justkke to say a massive thank you to Andrew Kennedy who was incredibly helpful when my daughter was in Canada and was the victim of a scam set up by people pretending to be EE, who had managed to delete her id and scammed her into setting up a new fake EE contract. I was trying to help from the UK and Andrew made communication and resolving this issue so much easier than I thought it could ever be, he was calming, professional, friendly and efficient and did everything he said he was going to do and liaised with myself, my daughter and the relevant teams in EE. Luckily we managed to stop things proceeding before any damage was done thanks to his quick and efficient work over a weekend for us. I'll never forget his help and how much he did for us.
