To whom it may concern,
I'm not sure where to post positive feedback regarding the ee WiFi helpline but I wanted to ensure that Nicola was recognised for the amazing service that she gave me today. We were facing some serious issues in getting our WiFi set up, as there were problems with the system as it was undergoing maintenance and we couldn't pay l, but she managed to walk us through it on a positive way and was very understanding of our circumstances. Such personal service was appreciated and will bring me back to the company.
