Hello,
I bought xbox game pass ultimate subscription for 1 month in January and now I noticed it is still running but can't cancel it on my microsoft ( xbox ) account, it always redirects me to BT/EE.
Can someone help me, I don't know how to cancel it.

You bought somebody else's subs. from some fly-by-night "reseller" who had no right to it. EE can't help you. The BT/EE user owns it. You need to go back to the seller.

When you log in to your EE app there should be the option to 'Manage' @Stofik.
If you select this, you will then see the option for Plans & subscriptions.
