xbox game pass ultimate cancellation

Hello,
I bought xbox game pass ultimate subscription for 1 month in January and now I noticed it is still running but can't cancel it on my microsoft ( xbox ) account, it always redirects me to BT/EE.
Can someone help me, I don't know how to cancel it.

You bought somebody else's subs. from some fly-by-night "reseller" who had no right to it. EE can't help you. The BT/EE user owns it. You need to go back to the seller.

where to find plans & add-ons in the menu. I don't see where the "menu" is

When you log in to your EE app there should be the option to 'Manage' @Stofik

If you select this, you will then see the option for Plans & subscriptions.

I don't have it there, I bought the xbox game pass ultimate subscription on ENEBA and I don't know how to cancel it at all. Please help.
