Gamepass has been cancelled after 6 months but 12 month entitled

Hi I have spoken to Cs who have confirmed I'm entitled to 12 months on my fibre 900 packaged and have not heard back after an email was sent off from then. Unable to use and would like it back ASAP

when I’m not logged in to my ee account, the Xbox series x comes up and says in stock, however, when logged in, it doesn’t come up at all, why is this? I am going to purchase the plan soon. thanks
